Salter Feiber’s Tax Department handles tax planning issues for businesses and individuals. The attorneys in our department have extensive experience in a full range of tax specialties and areas, including business formation and governing agreements, sales and purchases of businesses, tax planning for real estate transactions and I.R.S. disputes.

Jack Bovay holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of law, one of the top ranked LL.M. programs in the country along with a CPA license. To receive an LL.M. attorneys must complete additional course work after graduating from law school to receive an advanced degree in Taxation. This training allows the firm to identify, analyze and address a wide-range of tax-related issues.
